The Eastern Bettong has been extinct on mainland Australia for over a hundred years. This small marsupial was once common and widespread, until European colonisation pushed them to the brink. 

This short documentary shares a unique insight into the lives of Eastern Bettongs. It tells their story from persecution and local extinction, to their comeback and return thanks to Australian conservation scientists.
